Summary
We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Capital Care Group in Town Thorns. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our residents and their families, ensuring smooth operations at our facility during weekends.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and residents warmly, providing assistance as needed.
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries appropriately.
Manage administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
Maintain organization of reception area and ensure it is welcoming.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handle correspondence and communications efficiently.
Support staff with clerical tasks as required.
Uphold confidentiality and respect for all residents' information.
Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with data entry is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Workspace is desirable.
