Your Role as Receptionist at Trafford Waters
In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:
Welcome all visitors to the care home courteously, determine the reason for their visit and check their identity,
Telephone appropriate departments regarding the visitor's arrival,
General filing and preparation of archiving to forward to central archive store,
Provide administrative support to the Administrator as and when required,
Assist with the processing of clients payments using the card payment terminal,
Maintain staff register and sickness files ensuring the relevant documents/spreadsheets are kept up to date,
Take payments from visitors/residents and receipt as necessary.

Position available:
Receptionist 9am-5pm (Saturday + Sunday)
You will bring:
Customer service experience - preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting older adults
A professional, positive and proactive approach to the role
