Registered Nurse (Nights)

to join our team and help establish a safe, nurturing, and high-quality care environment from the very beginning.

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enhancing the overall experience for everyone who interacts with our organisation.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Utilise computerised systems to manage appointments and schedules efficiently. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Collaborating with the administrator to support various office functions.

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent clerical and administrative skills, including data entry accuracy. Ability to type efficiently and accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism. Preferably have an understanding of Care Home administrative duties A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
