Weekend Retail Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Part-Time Car Sales Assistant to join our busy dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a professional attitude, and is comfortable in a sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers to the dealership and providing excellent customer service
Assisting with vehicle enquiries in person, online, and over the phone
Supporting vehicle viewings, test drives, and handovers
Following up leads and appointments
Maintaining forecourt and showroom presentation
Assisting with sales paperwork and admin when required
Requirements:
Friendly, confident, and well-presented
Strong communication skills
Reliable and organised
Comfortable working weekends
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
Full UK driving licence preferred
