THE ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Weekend Sales Advisor to join our fun and exciting team.

RUBIROX is an independent, family-owned jewellery store, stocking a range of branded and fine jewellery. Our Sales Advisors are the essential link between our jewellery and our customers, so a love for jewellery and fashion, as well as immaculate presentation, confidence, and flexibility are essential.

Location: Stamford, Lincs.

Type: Permanent, Weekend

Reports to: Store Manager

Working Hours:

- 1 weekend day per week, either a Saturday or Sunday.

- 3 out of 4 weekends.

- Additional hours will be needed as we enter the Christmas season.

RESPONSIBILITES

Answer queries, provide exemplary service, and adapt your approach depending on individuals' personalities and needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets by using effective selling skills Be a brand ambassador by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance. Merchandising the store and maintaining the highest shop floor standards; taking pride in the displays and the attention to detail. Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns, and exchanges.

THE INDIVIDUAL

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong selling skills. Experience in an environment with 1-1 sales is desirable. Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales driven atmosphere - our store is sometimes very busy, with many customers waiting to be served A positive, 'can-do' attitude, an individual who enjoys working as part of a successful team A customer focused approach Exceptional standards with visual merchandising and detail. Flexibility in working Excellent customer service and communication
