Be conscious of visiting customers and vigilant for any potential shop lifters, raising any issues with Store Management.
. Working directly with the owner of the business one day per week to create the social media films, photos, stories and posts for our active social media channels. This will include a very exciting project launching later this year.
To undertake other duties relevant to the shop's activities commensurate with the level of post and as directed by the Store Manager / Supervisor
Person Specification
Experience
Previous high-end customer service experience within a retail or face to face environment
Experience of working with a retail till, cash and credit card machines
Experience of cashing up a till and credit card machines on a daily basis.
Knowledge
Previous experience of working with crystals advantageous
Understanding retail sales and customer behaviour would also be advantageous.
Skills
Naturally helpful and proactive with customers offering a first-class experience
. Experience or a 'super user' of Tik Tok and Instagram.
Self-motivated and passionate for a clean and tidy store
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent numeration skills in order to ensure correct monies are worked at the till.
