Key Responsibilities



To manage, control the Transport / administrative function (but not restricted to) Ensure customer booking requirements for all road operations are delivered to plan. Ensuring excellent customer service, in accordance with the Company and Statutory Regulations and to effectively manage all administrative function. To support Road Controllers / Planners as requested. Ensure service levels are maintained safely and cost effectively. Re plan and optimise daily transport schedules in order to maintain and improve profitability. Over the weekend to be the responsible person for the customer service and execution of the Transport Plan in the Southwest Region.

Road Operations Legislation IT systems Tops Road/Eric/Excel/Word Knowledge of Road Transport Planning/Customer Services requirements Excellent customer service skills
