Plaristo is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our shop team in Rye. This is a dedicated weekend role, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for running the shop on your own every weekend, so confidence and retail experience are essential.
About the role:
Working hours: Saturdays and Sundays (occasional extra shifts may be available).
Supporting customers with purchases and offering product advice (including for our online business).
Keeping the shop beautifully presented.
Being part of a small, supportive team.
What we're looking for:

Dependable, professional, and confident managing the shop on their own.
Warm, approachable personality with good communication skills.
Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated.
An interest in candles, homeware, or design.
