The Retreat Spa at Hotel Indigo Exeter is a luxurious urban sanctuary offering a range of rejuvenating treatments and wellness experiences. Our spa features state-of-the-art facilities, including hydrotherapy pools, sauna, steam room, and the invigorating Niagara Falls Experience Shower. Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing outstanding treatments and ensuring each guest enjoys a personalized and memorable spa experience. We are seeking a therapist for weekend cover primarily but there may be potential for additional weekday shifts .

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, and OPI nail services, tailored to guest needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spa products and services to enhance the guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent. Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred. Proficiency in delivering a range of treatments, including OPI nail services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
