HIGH DEMAND: Evening & Weekend Care Workers - Willand & Surrounds

Salary Potential:

Up to 26,000 per year (pro-rata for part-time)

Pay Model:

Paid for your ENTIRE shift (including travel & gaps, NOT just per visit)

Mileage:

45p per mile travel allowance

Contract:

Flexible part-time (with full-time available if daytime shifts covered)

Location:

Willand & surrounding rural communities

Essential:

The Role: Making a Real Impact

You'll deliver person-centred care that supports independence and wellbeing at home.

Your responsibilities include:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Meal preparation, hydration support, and medication assistance Companionship and mobility help Light household tasks (tidying, changing linens) Logging visits easily using our Beehive Care app

Shifts Focused on Evenings & Weekends

Primary Need:

Evening & weekend shifts (critical cover required)

Minimum Commitment:

3+ evening or weekend shifts per week

Flexibility:

Daytime shifts considered to suit your lifestyle

Hours:

Full-time (37.5 hours/week) available if daytime shifts covered; otherwise flexible part-time

Extra Earning:

Optional extra hours available via our Click to Care app

What You'll Need
