What you'll be doing;
Control vehicle entry and exit to site
Ensure visiting drivers are inducted and recorded on entering site
Enforce H&S and operational procedures on site
Weigh and record vehicle weight accurately
Check all waste transfer notes for the correct information
Ensure all outgoing loads have the correct paperwork in palace (Annex VII's, Invoices etc)
Download and share images of loads with internal vendors and external vendors
Collate and report information as and when required for site management team
Assist with Production and Logistics filing and printing when required
Update all relevant spreadsheets as and when required
Work with internal and external stakeholders to book loads for tipping and collection.
Liaise with supervisors and management should visitors or contractors arrive on site
Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries.
WAll day to day admin duties including raising and receipting P/O's
Working on mothend
Ordering office supplies
Answering the phones and emails
What we're looking for;
Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent.
Good planning and organisational skills.
Previous Administration experience.
A proactive approach
A basic understanding of the Google suite
