Key Responsibilities

Primarily based outdoors, you'll welcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival at our check-in gate. Create a great first impression while assisting with the check-in process. Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities. Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay. Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for. Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.



Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential. Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages. Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service. Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times. * A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
