Job Description

Multiskilled Welder required. Bennett and Game are currently representing a local business who specialise in the design, prototype development, production and fabrication of a range of equipment within the Aviation, Automotive and Marine sectors. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in Fabrication, be experienced with both TIG and MIG welding, and based within a commutable distance of Siddlesham.

Welder Position Overview

• Welding of different materials such as thin sheet metal, steel, stainless steel and aluminium
• To work from Engineering drawings with accuracy to ensure the customers\' requirements are met
• Use workshop machinery and tools such as saws, lathes, mills and guillotines
• Work to tight tolerances to ensure the final finish is up to company and customer requirements
• Performing self-inspection on any fabricated parts
• Utilise welding techniques such as push welding, sheet metal welding, box section welding and more

Welder Position Requirements

• Must have experience with TIG and MIG Welding
• Must have experience working with ISO9001 standards
• Ideally come from an Aviation, Marine or Automotive background
• Able to manage own workload efficiently and be able to work well in a team
• Any experience with 3D CAD Software is beneficial

Welder Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary based on experience \xc2\xa325,000 - \xc2\xa335,000
• Working hours are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday

• Training can be provided dependant on experience and application
• Some overtime available dependant on project progression
