Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Welder / Fabricator at Impress Group, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing components with the utmost precision. You will work with a variety of metals, including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium to produce high-quality welded and fabricated components.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG and MIG welding on various metals Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment
Skills & Qualifications:
Time-served (not mandatory) Welder or Fabricator (using MIG or TIG), ideally NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication / Welding or experience in a manufacturing. Demonstrated experience with variety of metals including stainless steel and aluminium. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills to support collaboration within production
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 16.00-17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
