Welder Operator

Kentec is recruiting a Welder/Trainee in our Metal Work department to work in our busy manufacturing & production area.

Responsibilities

Meeting specific departmental & company targets Follow systems / procedures within the department, including Health & Safety regulations, Housekeeping, Work Instructions, 5S & Quality

Skills, Experience and Person Specification

Experience of welding preferably able to Tig/Mig weld Ability to follow instructions and diagrams. Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Must be reliable, conscientious and hard working. Ability to work as part of a team. Full training will be given were needed.

Job Specifics

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 06.00 - 14:30 and Friday 06:00 - 13:30 with 30 minutes for lunch. Leave one hour earlier than your contracted finish time every Friday (will be paid) 24 days holiday, in addition to bank holidays, increasing with the years of service.
