Welding Machine Operator

to join our expanding business.

What You'll Need:

A solid understanding of basic welding practices and principles. A general knowledge of engineering practices. Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail with a diligent work ethic. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently. Clear communication skills and a positive, personable attitude. A willingness to learn and grow within the company.

What You'll Do:

Health & Safety:

Ensure adherence to the company's health and safety policies.

Welding Operations:

Operate automated welding machines efficiently and safely.

Polishing & Assembly:

Perform mechanical polishing of welded components and light mechanical assembly/fitting work.

Other Duties:

Assist the workshop supervisor and welder supervisor with various tasks as needed.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in welding and/or engineering. A background in mechanical assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
