Position:

Weld Team Lead

Reports to:

Production Supervisor

Role Overview:

Based at our Lurgan site, the successful candidate will manage and oversee all maintenance, site service, sand related activities across our welding department. The successful candidates will be responsible for

Key Accountabilities:



Has the time to be accessible to the new employee Is skilled in / has knowledge of relevant job functions as necessary Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Learn and understand a wide variety of job duties to a high level of detail Motivate employees to achieve maximum standards in relation to Health & Safety Provide feedback to teammates and evaluate abilities Ensures records of training and assessment are maintained and reported Preform other duties as assigned Promote culture for improved Health & Safety in the workplace and to actively encourage the raising safety observations Meeting customer competition dates by effectively managing the members of their team by administering Works Orders through the Epicor procedures and systems.

Associated Responsibilities:



Health & Safety - Promote a H+S culture. 0 lost time accidents Quality - Ensuring all manufactured products are to specification Efficiency / Output of shift. Targets to be met and maintained

Experience and Training:



GCSE Maths & English, or equivalent or a good standard of basic education Weld/Fabrication formal Qualification Experience in welding to a high standard and quality Has a willingness and ability to mentor others
