Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Wellbeing Coordinator at Cedar Care. In this role, you will lead a team and oversee food and beverage service, coordinate group activities and organize community events within the home and out in the community. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, wellbeing and a desire to make a positive impact in a rewarding environment.

Inspires staff to better creative and personalized care with the well-being approach.
Facilitates social links between residents, relatives, friends and the local community.
Delivers personalized social and leisure schedules for residents according to their interests and preferences.
Criteria for Well Being Coordinator
We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas of Hospitality/events / Strong Customer Service / Creative arts / Psychology & Management or supervisory roles
Skills and Abilities:.
To possess creativity, enthusiasm, patience and empathy.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. ..
A qualification or experience in Health science, social science, events or creative arts is preferred, but not essential.
To have strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in using initiative.
Some experience of working with the elderly or in a caring environment is preferred, but not essential.
