We're now looking for an enthusiastic and
compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator
to help create a vibrant, positive, and supportive environment for our residents. If you are someone who loves to bring energy, creativity, and joy to the lives of others, this is the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:
Organise and deliver
engaging activities
that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, such as games, arts and crafts, outings, and themed events
Work closely with residents to
understand their individual interests and needs
, tailoring activities to ensure everyone feels included and valued
Foster a sense of
community and connection
by encouraging socialisation and building relationships with residents and their families
Support residents in maintaining an
active lifestyle
, focusing on both
wellbeing and fun
Assist with the development of
person-centred care plans
, ensuring wellbeing is at the heart of all care provided
Collaborate with the
care team
to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
What We're Looking For:
A
creative, enthusiastic individual
who thrives in a social, fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a
care or wellbeing role
is a plus, but a
genuine passion
for promoting wellbeing is key
Strong
communication skills
and the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff
An
organised, proactive
person with the ability to manage multiple activities and events
A
caring nature
with a strong desire to
make a positive difference
in the lives of others
A Full UK Driver's Licence is preferred but not essential
