The main responsibilities for the EDI and Wellbeing Officer is supporting the delivery of the objectives outlined in the Strategic Equality Plan (SEP), along with the organisations Integrated Medium Term Performance Plan (IMTP) and the Framework for the BS 76000 Valuing People and the ISO 30415 Diversity and Inclusion. The post holder will plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate projects and initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of colleagues. They will also collect and analyse people data related to EDI and wellbeing, preparing reports for internal and external communication, such as the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES). Other duties include developing and delivering training sessions and workshops, providing first-line advice on EDI and wellbeing matters, and contributing to the development of policies and services.
