Position: Care Assistant

Location: Southampton

Service: BeHappy@Home

Pay: 14 - 14.50 per hour + Mileage Contribution (35p per mile)

This role is also so much more diverse than the role of most Care Assistants in organisations outside our BeHappy@Home Service, we work with individuals with

Dementia, Physical disabilities, Autism, Learning disabilities and mental health issues. We provide everything from personal care, shopping, activities and companionship.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support. Develop and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members. Drive to clients' locations as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all interactions.
