This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing wellbeing initiatives that support physical, mental, and emotional health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in activities
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programmes that address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of residents
Conduct workshops and activities to all residents
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide resources and support for residents
Serve as a point of contact for residents seeking advice or assistance regarding their health and wellbeing.
Stay updated on current trends in public health and wellbeing to ensure programmes are relevant and effective.
Foster a culture of wellness within the organisation by promoting healthy lifestyle choices among employees.
Qualifications
A background in nursing or public health is preferred.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to health and wellbeing.
Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Proven experience in developing educational materials or programmes focused on health promotion.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders within the organisation.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in programme implementation and evaluation.
