We are seeking to appoint a Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture (WIC) Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing our People Strategy and the University's 2030 vision for a sustainable, healthy, and socially just future. This important position will lead the operational delivery of our wellbeing, inclusion and culture priorities, ensuring that all members of our community are supported to thrive.
Working closely with the Assistant Director (Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture) and the wider WIC team, the post holder will provide strategic advice and leadership across the University, guiding the implementation of action plans and frameworks that embed equality, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and positive cultural change. The role will manage cross-functional team, support key staff and student networks, and ensure compliance with sector standards and relevant legislation including the Equality Act 2010.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience of project and programme management within a complex organisation, together with a strong track record of delivering solutions in areas of equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.
