About the Role
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Wellbeing Manager to join us at West Hall, West Byfleet. This role is all about bringing energy, warmth, and fun to everyday life -- whether that's a themed afternoon, a surprise activity, or a celebration that leaves everyone smiling (bonus points if you enjoy a bit of seasonal flair).
You'll lead our wellbeing programme, inspire a small team, and help create experiences that our residents genuinely look forward to.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and delivering fun, engaging, and inclusive wellbeing activities for elderly residents
Bringing seasonal themes to life -- from springtime creativity to festive celebrations
Leading, supporting, and motivating a friendly team of 3 wellbeing colleagues
Creating a vibrant wellbeing calendar full of activities that encourage connection, movement, and joy
Being present at events (some outside normal hours) to help make the magic happen
Working closely with colleagues, families, and external partners
Gathering feedback and always looking for fresh ideas to keep things exciting
About You
Naturally creative with a playful streak and an eye for detail
Passionate about wellbeing and enriching the lives of older people
Confident leading and motivating a small team
Organised, approachable, and flexible
Experience in wellbeing, activities coordination, care, or community roles is desirable -- but creativity and enthusiasm matter just as much
Hours
You'll usually work Monday to Friday, but flexibility is essential to support events and celebrations when they happen -- because the best moments don't always stick to a timetable!
