About the Role




As a Wellbeing Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Adult and Child & Young Person (CYP) Wellbeing Services. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional experience throughout their journey with us.


Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Respond to client enquiries via email and phone in a professional manner. Upload referrals and documentation to our patient management system. Liaise with clients and clinicians to arrange appointments. Prepare and collate reports and correspondence to a high standard. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and assist with general administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and data entry in spreadsheets. Provide exceptional customer service and escalate complex queries when needed.

Person Specification



Previous experience in a customer-focused administration role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Experience in hospitality or private healthcare is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
