Wellness Area Assistant (part-time)

As a member of the housekeeping team, you will be part of a family, responsible for making sure our guests have an outstanding experience when enjoying a relaxing time in our pool, sauna and steam room or keeping up a maintained regime in our well-equipped gym.

You don't need any specific qualifications or experience; we just need a reliable and hardworking individual who will is highly motivated and engaging to provide an exceptional standard and service to all our guests.

You will bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role involves maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness across key areas including the main building, The Nest, the outdoor terrace, pool, gym, and associated shower and toilet facilities. You will be expected to work independently, use initiative to stay productive throughout your shift, and take pride in keeping all areas pristine. Responsibilities also include completing relevant documentation accurately, communicating effectively with management and team members regarding any issues or updates, and driving electric vans to deliver requested items to guests as needed.

Hours of Work

We offer part-time contracts based on a two-week rolling rota, with each team member working two shifts per week. The pattern is shared between two people, alternating weekly. In

Week 1, one person will work Monday 10:00-16:00 and Friday 14:00-22:00

, while the other will cover

Friday 10:00-16:00 and Saturday 14:00-22:00. In Week 2

, the shifts will swap, ensuring a fair and consistent rotation.

No previous experience needed; full training will be given

Good communication skills, confident to talk to colleagues and guests

Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
