We are seeking a professional and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our luxurious wellness centre. The successful candidate will deliver a range of specialised treatments aimed at promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being for our clients. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of head and neck massage techniques and specialised therapies in accordance with client needs and spa protocols Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and any health considerations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and equipment at all times Provide personalised advice on scalp routines and wellness practices to clients Ensure all treatments are delivered professionally, safely, and within the designated timeframes Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and spa revenue Uphold the spa's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a relaxing environment

Skills

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within a luxury spa or wellness centre Qualifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related disciplines recognised by relevant industry bodies Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and provide personalised care Strong organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to treatment procedures and hygiene standards Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required A professional demeanour with a passion for promoting wellbeing and relaxation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 15.00-17.45 per hour
