The Role:
PEMFiT City of London is seeking a Studio Assistant to play an integral role in the day to day running of the studio and provide a warm and friendly environment for everyone who enters our wellness space.
You will be assisting the Studio Manager with the day-to-day operations of our PEMFiT studio.
Delivering PEMFiT sessions on a 121 basis with clients; and supporting them throughout their PEMFiT journey.
After training you will have extensive knowledge on the use and application of the Pulse XL Pro machine along with the accessories to give the clients the ultimate PEMFiT experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding clients, meet & greet clients on arrival.
Support clients in achieving their wellness goals.
Provide daily pulse sessions for clients using the Pulse XL Pro machine.
Understand client's needs and wellbeing goals.
Schedule client's appointments and take payments.
Monitoring their progress throughout and making recommendations based on their results and your PEMFiT expertise.
Making and receiving calls, both for bookings and enquiries.
Keeping the studio clean and organised in line with PEMFiT branding.
Opening and closing the studio.
Assisting with sales, marketing and networking
Attending training conferences when required.
Requirements:
Higher education, in health or related field preferred.
Previous experience within customer-facing environments is an essential requirement.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer programs.
Experience in the wellbeing sector preferred.
