Job Overview
Kingfisher Developments (Wales) Ltd are longstanding main contractor whose discipline is refurbishment and new build social housing. Our area of operation is predominantly South Wales and we have secured a workload for 2026/2027 including housing developments in Caerphilly, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Due to this, we are currently seeking experienced floor layers to join our Team;
Skills should include:
Attention to detail
Accurate Measuring
Meticulous cutting
Good communication skills
Cap and cove and welding
Main duties will include:
Preparing surfaces
Installing floor coverings
Finishing floors
Repairing damaged floors
The ability to work with diverse materials depending on the project requirements
Excellent rate of pay to be discussed at the interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
