We are seeking a reliable and dedicated

Delivery Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

DRIVERS MUST BE 21+

MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR DRIVING EXPERIANCE

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured properly for transport. Delivering and installing products to customers in a timely manner. this may also include unpacking appliances and removing old appliances. These will include washing machines, dishwashers, fridges etc Some deliveries may require heavy lifting such as American fridge freezers and range cookers these will be delivered with the use of lifting aids Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on delivery status. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. A vehicle check you will need to complete pre and post delivery route. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the road and within the warehouse.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Familiarity with local roads and routes is beneficial. A proactive attitude towards safety and adherence to company policies is essential.
