We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives and drive growth within our wholesale division. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, relationship building and excellent communication skills, and a keen, driven mindset. Oh, and of course, a LOVE for coffee is ESSENTIAL!

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth
Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Prospecting new sales opportunities over the country
Utilise Monday CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating insightful reports.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Work collaboratively with other members of the core team
Requirements
Drivers license
Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Speciality coffee knowledge
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Confidence working independently
