We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join the Wholesale Operations Team here at our HQ in London. As the Wholesale Operations Coordinator you will ensure our products are in the right place at the right time. You will be responsible for the management and orders for our global wholesale partners. You will ensure their orders are delivered on time, order books are maintained and systems are accurate.

Building a thorough knowledge of the systems we have and the partners we work with are essential for offering our partners best in class service. We are a hard working, ambitious team who work collaboratively across Rapha to reach our goals of best in class service.

The Role

  • Responsible for the regular maintenance, review and execution of the wholesale order book.
  • Regularly review product intake to ensure orderbook is maintained.
  • Be fully aware of all products on the launch calendar to ensure cohesive launches are successfully executed.
  • Manage daily contact with all customers through the department inbox.
  • Responsible for the processing of orders within agreed SLA\xe2\x80\x99s as well as back/forward order reviews.
  • Support the sales team with the onboarding and activation of new accounts.
  • Work cross functionally with Finance to ensure all accounts invoices and credits are posted.
  • Ensure the B2B wholesale systems are updated at all times and stakeholders are fully supported in their day to day use.
The Candidate
  • Passionate about cycling and helping the world living life by bike.
  • Previous experience in a B2B or B2C environment is ideal.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Analytical and numerically literate.
  • Excel knowledge, ideally previous experience.
  • A commercial and entrepreneurial flair.
  • Strong communications skills and attention to detail.
