Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador in one of our biggest profile accounts Selfridges Oxford Street. It's a Full-Time position, with an immediate start date. You are expected to work 40 hours/week, weekdays and weekends. Flexibility in regards to schedule is requested.


We're on the lookout for a motivated and service-minded individual to support Nudie Jeans sales at Selfridges. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships, and genuinely believes in Nudie Jeans' values and products. The primary base for this role will be in Selfridges but with opportunities to support other wholesale partners and local repair shops around the UK as needed.


About the Role:


As a Full-Time Sales Support, you'll be the face of Nudie Jeans at Selfridges, delivering outstanding customer service, keeping the space looking sharp, ensuring stock is in place, and educating store staff about our brand, products, and philosophy. You'll also have the opportunity to visit other wholesale partners in the region to support sell-through, enhance product knowledge, and drive sales. This is a hybrid position that may include hands-on assistance with local repair shops when needed.


Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Drive sales and offer best-in-class customer service at Selfridges. Ensure the shop-in-shop is tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point. Educate Selfridges staff and other wholesale partners on Nudie Jeans products, values, and care practices. Possibility to support local store visits to other wholesale clients around the UK and London to increase sell-through and brand awareness. Collaborate closely with the WS Account Manager and local Store Manager at our Repair Shop to identify local needs and opportunities. Occasionally assist our local repair shops when extra support is needed.

Sales-driven and comfortable working toward targets. Proactive, self-sufficient, and organized--you take pride in keeping things running smoothly. Reliable, flexible, and open to supporting in different capacities. Previous retail or wholesale experience is a plus.

SALARY:

The base rate for this position starts at 13.85, in line with London Living Wage requirements and can increase dependant on experience in the fashion retail industry
