Role Description
As a
B2B Sales Executive
at Connect Beauty, you'll be responsible for selling branded cosmetics, market leading brands like Maybelline, L'Oreal, and Rimmel, by the case up to full pallet loads to a wide range of trade customers across the UK and EU. You'll work with an extensive portfolio of existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities to grow our customer base.
You'll be targeting independent resellers such as Amazon sellers, market traders, boutique retailers, clothing shops, and other small businesses looking for competitively priced, genuine cosmetics.
This is a hands-on sales role that suits someone proactive, entrepreneurial, and confident in building relationships. You'll have real freedom to shape your sales pipeline, backed by strong stock availability, exclusive supplier relationships, and a fast-moving, supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and wholesale market
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
