Position Summary:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Wholesale Sales Coordinator to support our Head of Sales & Marketing across every aspect of our global wholesale operation. This role is a blend of customer service, sales administration, CRM management, and behind-the-scenes coordination that ensures our trade accounts receive exceptional support across the UK, US, and international markets.
You'll be the organisational engine behind our sales team --maintaining accurate data, supporting account relationships, and ensuring our partners receive a consistently high standard of service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Account Support
Produce weekly and monthly reports on account health (sales order activity, lapsed customers, sell-through, performance) -- proactively identify and flag opportunities, trends or gaps.
Become a trusted point of contact for a selection of wholesale accounts -- check-in regularly, understand their business, build long-term relationships.
Help coordinate outreach to re-activate dormant accounts, upsell new lines, or expand into new territories.
CRM & Data
Own and maintain our HubSpot CRM: ensure data is accurate, segmented, tagged and activity logged.
Build simple dashboards for account performance and re-engagement workflows
Use Excel / Google Sheets to analyse sales data, support decision-making, and surface insights.
Samples, Logistics & Trade Support
Manage all sample requests (UK, US, international); coordinate with our 3PL/warehouses on picking, packing, shipping and tracking.
Keep internal teams & sales agents updated on sample status and expected delivery.
Assist with trade-show preparation and follow-up (see below).
Sales Operations & Materials
Support the Head of Sales & Marketing with administrative tasks: order forms, product information, onboarding new accounts.
Help prepare sales presentations, line sheets and marketing collateral for our wholesale partners and Sales Agents.
Trade Shows (UK & US)
Support with logistics before and after shows--stand preparation, shipment coordination, schedules.
Help manage appointment calendars and post-show follow-ups.
Travel for shows may be required (primarily Jan-Feb and Jul-Aug).
Customer Care & Order Support
Collaborate with the team processing wholesale orders to ensure smooth customer service.
Step in to handle account queries, rep questions, order issues and general partner support, proactively spotting potential problems and resolving them.
Understand account preferences and anticipate needs to keep the partner experience high-quality.
About You:
The successful candidate will:

Experience:
Ideally 2+ years in a wholesale, sales admin, or account support environment (gift, homeware, stationery, lifestyle, or similar).
Confident using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Strong Excel/Sheets ability.
Previous customer-facing experience (email/phone) a plus.
Familiarity with trade shows is helpful but not essential.
French or Spanish speaking a plus
Driver license a plus
Hours & Salary:
Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week- Hybrid WFH and Bath office
30K + potential bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
