Wills And Probate Adviser

Carlisle, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Join #TeamDA as a Wills and Probate Adviser

Are you passionate about helping others navigate life's most sensitive milestones? Do you have an eye for detail, a mind for estate planning and a heart for supporting people when they need it most? If so, we would love for you to join us as a Probate and Wills Adviser.

At David Allen, our clients come first, and so do our people. Our Wills and Probate team is known for being supportive, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering exceptional service with compassion and clarity. Whether you are meeting with a client face-to-face or drafting important legal documents, you will be part of a team that truly makes a difference.

If you are empathetic, organised, and ready to develop your career in a client-focused, values-driven business, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

In this varied and rewarding position, you will play a key part in guiding individuals and families through the Probate and Estate planning process. From managing Probate cases and preparing official documentation, to advising on Wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, you will ensure every client receives clear, tailored advice with care and professionalism.

You will work closely with executors and family members, supporting them during what can often be an emotional and challenging time. With access to the latest legal updates and supportive training, you will be equipped to stay on top of evolving legislation and compliance standards.

As well as being highly accurate and detail-oriented, you will need to be confident in communicating with clients and colleagues alike. You will be supported by a friendly and forward-thinking team and will also have opportunities to get involved with networking events and agricultural shows, helping to raise awareness of our services and grow client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, combining legal expertise with a strong sense of empathy and client care. If you are looking for a role where you can really make an impact, professionally and personally, we would love to hear from you.

You can work from any of our locations in Cumbria, Dalston, Penrith or Workington.

Our people, their skills and ambitions are as important to us as are our clients. We can not deliver a great service without great people, after all.
