Responsibilities



Assist with organising meetings, appointments, and schedules Prepare and distribute correspondence Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital Support fee earner with administrative tasks Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner Perform general office duties to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace

Skills



Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken Friendly, professional demeanour with a proactive attitude Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is advantageous but not essential Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: From 22,500.00 per year
