Assistant
to support their legal team in providing high-quality advice and services to clients during important life events.The Role:
As a Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and client support, assisting solicitors and legal executives in the preparation, drafting, and management of estate-related matters. You will play a key role in maintaining the firm's high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organise Wills, probate applications, and estate planning documentation. Liaise with clients, providing clear guidance and timely updates. Maintain accurate client records and case files. Coordinate with external parties such as banks, financial advisors, and trustees. Assist with the administration of estates, including correspondence and documentation. Support fee earners with research and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a legal, wills, probate, or estate planning environment is preferred. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
