Job Description
THE ROLE
This role is ideally suited for an experienced and driven Private Client Solicitor of NQ experience or higher, ideally with a minimum of 1 years' experience in private client.
The

Excellent interpersonal skills;
Must be able to build strong, valuable relationships with clients;
Excellent client care skills and attitude;
Sound knowledge of all areas of law within the practice in order to refer appropriate clients and to work collaboratively with colleagues;
Self-managing - able to comfortably run own caseload with a broad range of private client matters;
Independent research skills including use of Lexis+, Practical Law, etc.;
Must be able to work towards and achieve set targets and KPI's;
Excellent planning and organisational skills;
Able to up-sell, on-sell and cross-sell services;
Attention to detail;
Proficient in the use of IT, MS Office, MS Excel and CMS (ideally LEAP);
Proficient in the use of private client specific resources including MyHMCTS and HMRC's TRS;
Effective networker.
Targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
This role has a targets/KPIs in respect of:
Billing;
Time recording (including chargeable time);
Turnaround times; and
Others to be confirmed on commencement of the role.
