Job Description
We're looking for a
Winding Operator
to join our Production team on apermanent basis
. You'll work to strict safety and quality standards to help achieve daily production targets, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery. Feed raw materials, perform quality checks, and maintain work areas. Assemble and finish electrical or mechanical products. Record production data and report equipment issues. Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold safety standards.
About You
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. No prior experience required - full training provided. LEAN manufacturing knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: 13.19-13.45 per hour
