We are looking for a reliable and experienced Windows and Doors Processor to join our growing team at our Building Plastics branch in Northwich. We supply a quality range of UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly organised, and has strong product knowledge.

About the Role

You will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the windows and doors side of the business, providing product quotes, processing orders, working with suppliers, and interacting with customers. You must have previous experience working with both UPVC and Aluminium products.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing accurate quotations for UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors Processing customer orders and liaising with suppliers Meeting, greeting and supporting customers in our trade counter/showroom Providing product advice and explaining our range clearly and confidently Collaborating with the wider team to ensure orders run smoothly Handling daily enquiries, pricing requests and customer follow-ups Ensuring company procedures are followed to maintain a high level of service Maintaining excellent standards of professionalism and communication

Skills & Experience Required

Experience in window and door processing is essential

(UPVC + Aluminium) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and quotes Confident communicator, both written and verbal Professional, dependable and self-motivated Able to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently Positive, team-focused attitude with pride in workmanship Well organised with a methodical approach to tasks
