Clydebuilt is a dynamic manufacturing and installation organisation of custom-made windows and doors

We are looking for an experienced window and door (fenestration) surveyor to become part of our rapidly growing social housing and privately owned homes installations team.

You will be responsible for:

Attending pre-arranged site surveys in customer homes to confirm window and door specification details.

Identifying changes and additional information required from the order.

Documenting safe working practice for the installation and preparing risk assessments.

Producing a fully completed survey pack, ready for manufacturing.

Liaising with the contract processing and ordering team to progress contracts.

We are looking for a window and door (fenestration) surveyor with excellent communication and time management skills, that can work as part of a team.

A minimum of 2 years' experience of carrying out window and door surveys and a sound knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations is preferred.
