We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial properties maintain sparkling clean windows. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. As a Window Cleaner, you will interact with clients directly, making effective communication essential for understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

Ideally an existing business with experience, insurance and equipment to be able to clean our properties' windows on a monthly basis and invoice us monthly for direct bank payment. Conservatory and exterior cleaning / jet washing also available as and when needed if you can do this. Job prices all prior agreed.

Duties

Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish. Operate ladders and other equipment safely to access high or difficult-to-reach areas. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments. Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary. Follow safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others during cleaning operations. Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and respectful at all times.

Requirements

Valid driving licence. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction regarding services provided and client expectations. Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.

Pay: 97.68-119.46 per day

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
