Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.

Duties

Clean windows using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results. Operate ladders. Drive to various locations to perform window cleaning services, ensuring timely arrival at each job site. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or special requests regarding their window cleaning needs. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. A valid driving licence is required for travelling between job sites. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Good communication skills are important for understanding client needs and providing clear instructions when necessary.
