we handle a wide range of window and door repair and installation work across London within M25.

Duties

carry out repairs and maintenance on UPVC aluminium and timber windows and doors, Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimise downtime. Install new equipment and ensure it is set up correctly for optimal performance. Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have. complete each job to a high standard with attention to detail and professionalism communicate clearly with the Office team about progress materials and job updates, Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. installation experience it's an advantage as occasionally we provide a replacement option,
