Summary

We are looking for a fitter or trainee fitter to join our dedicated team at Somerglaze Windows Ltd located in Wells . As a Window Fitter/ trainee fitter, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by installing/helping to install high-quality windows and doors that align with our commitment to excellence. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our clients' homes.

Responsibilities

Install windows, doors, conservatories, and porches according to specifications. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service during installations. Troubleshoot any installation issues that arise on-site. Follow company policies and procedures for quality assurance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Window Fitter or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction practices and techniques. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills for client interactions.
