Duties
Conduct repairs and maintenance across multiple disciplines such as roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and construction painting.
Fabricate and modify components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to meet project specifications.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to execute precise installations and repairs.
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work as required.
Carry out plastering, masonry work, and construction painting to ensure project completion aligns with quality standards.
Utilise fabrication skills for custom modifications or repairs on-site or in workshops.
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
Proven experience in roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, or related trades.
