Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitting windows and doors, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards.

Duties

Install windows and doors in residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are finished to a high standard. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials. Conduct repairs on existing windows and doors. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or repair processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Window Installer or similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to window fitting. Understanding of building regulations and safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work at heights safely when required. Good physical fitness as the role involves lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
