Wine Tour Guide

to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has a passion for wine, and enjoys sharing stories about the land, the craft of winemaking, and the Tillingham way of doing things.

What you'll do

Lead guided tours of the vineyard, winery, and cellar for groups of visitors. Deliver engaging and informative tastings that reflect Tillingham's philosophy and range of wines. Represent Tillingham's brand and values through exceptional guest experience and storytelling. Assist with private tours, events, and wine-related experiences as needed. Work closely with the hospitality and retail teams to ensure seamless guest service.

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for wine, farming, and hospitality. Confident public speaking and presentation skills. A natural storyteller with a warm and welcoming presence. Strong attention to detail and an interest in sustainable, natural winemaking. Prior experience in wine, hospitality, or tourism is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
