We are currently looking to recruit Wiremen to join our hardworking, skilled team. The successful candidates will be required to produce electrical circuits and sub-circuits to the required standard and quality as defined by the written instructions and as directed by management.
Main tasks include:
To produce vehicle and equipment circuitry of varying complexity
Observe the Company's health & safety policy and procedures and execute duties in accordance with this.
Co-operate and comply with departmental safety rules.
To be responsible for your own health & safety and that of others
We are looking for someone with the following skills & experience:
Solid electrical engineering background
Minimum of 4 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent
Recognized City and Guilds, BTEC or NVQ qualifications
Ability to read, understand and produce work to electrical schematic drawings, using general electrical engineering tools and techniques.
Ability to perform and honestly monitor/inspect work and refer for concession/remedial action to management as required.
Our workshops are based at Nailsworth Mills Estate in Stroud
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm.
